Founder of EZHEVIKA.TECH — a company that builds agritech solutions for private households, farmers and garden communities: from soil diagnostics to greenhouses, auto-irrigation and turnkey smart systems.

Assembled an interdisciplinary team of soil scientists, engineers and technologists to turn scientific work into products that actually perform on site.

Also the founder of Kotofey Girlyandych — an operating business in architectural lighting and auto-irrigation (200+ projects delivered). More than 8 years managing engineering projects, including field research for Rosatom, Nornickel, Polymetal and Polyus. Graduate of Lomonosov MSU in Geophysics.

Valeria Vekshina

Head of research

Research soil scientist. Graduate of Lomonosov MSU. Works at the Dokuchaev Soil Institute — Russia's leading soil research centre. Finishing her PhD at MSU.

Specialises in soil analysis, digital soil mapping and agrolandscape design. Field expedition experience from Kuban to the Arctic. Author of scientific publications, including international ones. Previously a forensic expert with the Russian Ministry of Justice and a specialist at the Analytical Centre of the Ministry of Agriculture.

At EZHEVIKA.TECH she leads scientific expertise: soil analysis methodology, formulation selection and agritech recommendations for every client.

Yulia Kryukova

Soil scientist

Junior researcher at the Soil Cartography and Diagnostics Lab, Lomonosov MSU.

Trained at leading research centres in Europe and the Middle East: FAO (Italy), University of Lleida (Spain), Institute of Earth Sciences (France), International Institute of Management (Israel). Author of 20 scientific articles with 48 citations in Scopus.

At EZHEVIKA.TECH she is responsible for soil diagnostics and mapping: site analysis, soil maps, recommendations for soil improvement and agritech selection.

Ivan Golubev

Design engineer

Design engineer with extensive experience in auto-irrigation and lighting systems. Moved from single-system design to end-to-end engineering automation.

Now specialises in automation for small farms: greenhouse microclimate, irrigation, lighting and ventilation with centralised control.

At EZHEVIKA.TECH he designs turnkey engineering solutions — from auto-irrigation layouts for a garden plot to full automation of a commercial greenhouse.

Mikhail Yakushin

Mikhail Yakushin

Head of installation

Responsible for installation and commissioning of engineering systems. Coordinates field crews and controls quality on site.

A hands-on practitioner with experience across projects of varying complexity. Keeps timelines and standards at every stage — from on-site survey to project handover.

At EZHEVIKA.TECH he owns everything installation-related: setup, connection, tuning and maintenance of client systems.

Andrey Tsarev

Lead field engineer

Senior field engineer with experience at Kotofey Girlyandych. Leads field engineers and runs final on-site approvals with clients: equipment types, connection methods, control schemes. Presents solutions and materials offline.

The first member of our team the client meets on site.

At EZHEVIKA.TECH he runs on-site surveys and inspections, captures soil parameters and existing utilities, and assembles the technical brief for designers.
